L'une des plus belles et des plus faciles randonnées de Suisse. Le parcours explore l'arrière vallée de Lauterbrunnen sur 10km en traversant le parc naturel.
La randonnée commence a Stechelberg au dernier arrêt de bus. Elle suit la rivière Weisse Lütschine jusqu'au hameau de Traueschaulen. Dès le début, on peut admirer de majesteux sommets et de nombreuses cascades.

One of easiest and most amazing hikes of Switzerland. The hike will lead you into the back valley of Lauterbrunnen and its Natural Park with a 10 km tour.
The tour starts at the Stechelberg bus stop. The hike starts by following the Weisse Lütschine river up to the Traueschaulen hamlet. The first mountain cliffs are visible early in the hike, as well as several waterfalls.
Après avoir traversé la rivière, le chemin s'élève et l'entiereté de la vallée devient visible. Des chèvres peuvent paître dans les prés, être aggressives envers les chiens de compagnie et les suivre sur des kilomètres. Le chemin amène au pied de la cascade de la rivière Schmadri qui est la plus grosse et impréssionante de la vallée. La vallée est une cuvette entourée de très hauts sommets, elle peut être très ombragée.

After crossing the river, the path rises and you will have access to views of the entire valley. Goats can be encountered and are rather unfriendly to dogs, as they will follow them. The path leads to the bottom of the Schmadribachfälle which is the biggest and most impressive waterfall of the valley. Depending on the time of the day, the area can be very shaded.

The back of the valley is really nice with a quiet river and a few waterfalls.
Le chemin fait ensuite une boucle et retourne sur ses pas. Une petite partie du chemin est dans une foret qui vient cacher le paysage et renferme une petite cascade. Ce versant de la vallée est ensoleillé l'après midi. Il s'agit d'un très bon endroit pour déjeuner. Des bancs sont là pour accueillir les randonneurs.

The tour then makes a loop to the start. A small part in the forest hides the landscape but after steep stairs, the landscape is again visible. This part is enlightened during afternoon and is a nice place to lunch and lounge on the benches.
La randonnée se termine et revient vers Stechelberg où l'on peut prendre le bus vers Lauterbrunnen.

You can then finish the tour and take the bus in Stechelberg back to Lauterbrunnen.
